I came to accompany my aunt, and I am really impressed with service being provided by Dr. Rick D. Anderson!
Took over 3 weeks to get my sons glasses. I called several times and was told that they ordered them but when I called my insurance, there was no order until after I complained. I believe they made a mistake but absolutely would not own up to it. They also treat you poorly based on what type of insurance you have. We loved Dr. Andersen but the rest of our visit was a nightmare.
The 2 star rating is almost completely because of their lack of common sense in the front office. The doctors have been fabulous. Both Dr. Savin and Dr. Miller are fantastic. However, the empty minds of the office workers almost cancel that out. They can never find my records when I call, they never call me back when they say they will, and most recently, when ordering contacts, a lady told me a week and a half ago that they were ordered. Great selection of frames and even greater service ���
My family has been getting our glasses and exams here for many years. We have always had fabulous customer service. It's always fun picking out new frames, the ladies remember us, and we can chat like old friends. Thank you!
I've been going to the Vision Clinic for years now and I say enough about the inviting atmosphere there. It's like walking into Cheers for you older folks. A+ rating!
