When we called the scheduler, he magically found us a same day appointment for a new patient exam to get an updated RX for new glasses. The staff was incredible. Everyone we encountered was beyond nice, the glasses tech who helped us find glasses was just wonderful. And they even patched up our broken glasses so it would last until the new pair is ready!
This place is cheap. They rip you off. They charge extra. They are in business of looting people.
