They seriously are the best! #1 customer service!
At age 40, I developed rapidly growing cataracts that required surgical repair. The entire staff here was so supportive and responsive to my concerns and questions. They all helped keep me calm during the fear of losing my vision. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for finding this quickly, getting me in to see a surgeon immediately, and helping keep my sanity.
Matt, Emily, Rebecca, Brittany, Ashlee, Debbie, Tori, & all the staff is amazing! I recently had to get glasses there. Debbie helped me SO much when I was trying to pick a pair out! She was hones, she took my thoughts and wants into consideration! When I picked my glasses is, Tori was the one that assisted me. Again, VERY helpful! I even had a few questions. Even though I did not have an appointment they were still able to get me in. vision care has the best team around.
I love the fact that the HIM professionals treat patients as patients, not by their health insurance provider, and they have wifi while you wait.
Dr. Hessee and his staff are amazing! The care that my son Aidan was given, top notch. They made Aidan feel so much at ease during his check-up and I appreciate them so much!! If you are searching for a kind, knowledgeable optometrist that is great with kids and adults, look no further!!!
