Took my glasses in to have them tightened today and they tell me that the spring is broken. They ordered me a new pair on the spot, frames AND lenses, no questions asked. I strongly recommend them! Dr. Brawley is awesome. He does the most thorough eye exam I've ever had and he's very nice and actually takes the time to talk to you about options. The staff is courteous and thorough. Dr. Friederich was attentive. I can finally see well and don't have a headache after being fit w the accurate contact prescription and type. Very pleased w my visit.
I have been going to VCC since 1976, and cannot imagine going anywhere else. They treat you like your part of their family. From the moment you enter the door to exiting the door, you are greeted with a smile. Not to mention that the office decor is literally like stepping into a home, a very nice home.
