On the morning of July 6, I called the office to try and attempt to clear up confusion about an appointment for my elderly aunt and uncle. My aunt called weeks ago to make an appointment and they told her July 3. She followed up with a call the day before to confirm and was told, “call back Monday.” You see, he is 84 and can’t see.
