I had an eye care emergency. I called at 830am and they were able to get me in at 915am. This was my very first time here and when I got to my appt the woman at the front desk was super helpful and kind. I went into the back with Dr. Billesbach. She was very knowledgeable and patient with my question. Explained in fine detail my symptoms and steps going forward. The appointment are never on time. The office closes at random times. Contact orders are frequently done incorrectly or received and the patient not notified.

Went to go get my eyes checked for contacts and they were about to do my exam without telling me It would cost me $40 …which is new??so i did the “regular exam” for free. And picked out these glasses that did not last more than a month without breaking… my insurance will only cover the same exact frames??? But every 2 years? Do not understand why my insurance doesn’t cover that or even a box of contacts anymore??? Ive had bad eye sight my entire life and never had such a hard time getting things i NEED to see.
