I just paid $100 for the most worthless contact training session ever. The technician, I believe Dawn, spent 30 minutes with my daughter. She never once helped her put the contact in her eye. She attempted to instruct her from across the table with verbal direction, which was so unclear I tried to assist my daughter myself. This was her first experience with contacts, she should have helped her get one in so she could see what they feel like and have a better understanding on how to put them in. I received excellent care from Dr. Kristen Kramlich when I went in an eye infection! The entire Vision Care team is great!
Dr. Billars is by far the best optician in the business. Mind like a steal trap, too. Even after many years of not seeing an eye doctor, he still remembered my whole family and asked where everyone was now. I won't go anywhere else.
