He was the same friendly person this morning when I arrived. Great customer service is hard to find these days. Give the guy a raise!! 💰
RecommendedI have used 4 Wheel Parts for all four of my lifted/custom vehicles. I am extremely impressed with their customer service and support. They are incredibly helpful in helping you determine the best part for you wants and needs. They also do an amazing job with installation and stand by their work. I have never had an issue that they could not fix! They have an amazing warranty program and I suggest anyone purchase it. Seem knowledgeable. Salesman sold me a Meyer plow that “would be great for driveways” anyways one week after use hydraulic leak, one month after purchase rusted welds on the bracket holding the plow up. Apparently Meyer told new vision it was the “one and only time they would warranty it” “caused by abuse”. They were fricken rusted out. Now another month later break in the same two spots, rusted out, and New Vision won’t stand behind their customer and simply tell them “call the manufacturer” umm I gave you 5 grand for a plo... read more
