RecommendedThese dudes rock! I had a winch and a bumper installed yesterday and today the control hung up on me. I called prepared for an argument, but instead of an argument, I got to bring it in right then. I got to the store prepared to wait, but hell no! I was met at the door, told to pull around back and bad three techs on it! 15 minutes and it was fixed. These guys have been great through my purchase and install and will be building my Jeep from now on!

Hire honest people, starting with the manager. So many lies. Anything from my aluminum rims rusted out, to a bad front end I have just recently replaced. .Lies.
Called about a retrax cover for my RDO service truck. They acted like they had no clue what I was talking about. They said they would call me back. That was 7 years ago still no phone call. I wouldn’t give them any business!
Went to get an estimate. I started asking some questions and I guess they didn’t like that, manager came out and told me that they would call me back to answer all questions. Never received a call.

These people don’t know what they are doing. Installed my gears and now I have a growling noise coming from my rear end. I took it to them for warranty work and they tell me nothing is wrong. I know that bs so I took it to another shop for them to tell me my rear end needs rebuilt that the bearing are all going out and my rear axle is wobbling. They did my alignment and my front axle was pushed so far forward my sway bar was rubbing on my springs and was all over the road. Not even close to being right. I will be contacting ... read more
RecommendedI want to give a rave to New Vision. Purchased a set of wheels and tires back in February and ran into an issue that needed to be resolved. They provided great customer support and made it right. I will continue to recommend these guys and their great work. Will be back in the near future
