Recommendedfriendly staff and great service
I’ve been to three different eye places trying to get my glasses adjusted, struggling with headaches daily, along with my particular eye place telling me there is nothing more they can do. I go to Vision associates on Mcgalliard and my headaches are instantly gone! Thank you for understanding my weird shaped head and showing a little compassion, Jamie. You probably saved me from a near mental breakdown!

Went in for annual exam and new contacts, brought my old script in with me. After the exam, they changed my script, size, brand, and style of contacts. First trial pair was horrible, waited 2 weeks for second pair, it was worse. When I called back to let them know, I was informed that I had already used my insurance, and had to pay for another full exam. Thanks Vision Associates for taking care of your customers. Three words: Quick, easy, honest. I can't even describe how happy I am with my visit. I left seeing better than any other appointment I've had in the last ten years...at half the price.
