My experience with Vision Associates of Northampton has been by far the most unpleasant one I have had as far as health care is concerned. They mishandled a number of different things about my vision care there. They made a number of different mistakes with my billing, but the worse had actually to do with my eye exam. 2 weeks after wearing my clear glasses, I was experiencing headaches and irritated eyes daily.
