Sam was GREAT!! Not only did he remember my dogs from his last visit ages ago, but rather than do a bunch of unnecessary work, he checked the quick fix first and saved me a small fortune!! He was kind corteous and professional. He walked me through every step he did (i ask a lot of questions) and more important he was EARLY (when most repair ppl give you a four hrs window and still cant make it!). Will be using Vidiom again, ans specifically asking for Sam!!
The technician who came out Was so helpful. He came to repair our dryer and take a look at our gas line. He showed us what problem was as well as walked us through the repair that was necessary. I appreciate the professionalism and the breakdown of services required.
