Tammy and Rachel were great today, they had my broken frame replaced with a same new pair and my lenses inserted in a few minutes. No charge. I was told by a Des Moines Vision for Less visit that the frames were not available and I got no other options there at all. I’m glad I rechecked it all at the Ames location!
