very kind, professional service. I was offered robe to wear, shampoo was quite pleasant, everyone there very nice to both my husband and me. Ray as stylist does lovely service. we gave been clients here many years. very, happy.
This is the last time I will visit Visible changes. While the stylist is great, the staff specially front desk are unapologetically rude. Money is not an issue for me. I came because of convenience. It is is my third and last time. I went to memorial city location and they made a mess out of my hair. I came to this location and they are trained to be rude. Poor Customer service with unprofessional and poor attitude. Last visit they burned my skin after my color was done and all my shirt was soaked in water during shampooing service . I do not recommend Veronica at Visable Changes Houston Galleria as hair color specialist . She is unprofessional with unethical maner
