Hayley did my hair today & she went way past my expectations. I came in with a mop on my head & left feeling like an entire new person. She communicated through out the entire process, checked in several times to see if I needed anything. This was my first time at the salon & I will be back!
My daughter got a Deva curly cut from Trent! He did a fantastic job was very knowledgeable!
I wanted a simple blow dry. The stylist said my hair was dirty, it was not. She wanted to put a treatment on my hair which I did not want. Finally to shut her up I agreed and she led me to believe it would be $81 all in. The treatment was extra, so I ended up paying $141 for a blow fry. She rinsed my hair with hot water and consequent ly stripped the colour from my hair. Dreadful place!!!!
I recently moved to Boston, and after a series of terrible cuts and colors, I was beginning to think that I would never find a salon where I could find a decent cut and color. Then I met William at Viselli. He took his time consulting with me before starting the process. He was patient as I described prior salon experiences and what I was looking for in this appointment. I just had my hair cut by Leslie and it looks fantastic! It was super long so time to donate again! I wasn’t sure what I wanted done after it was cut for donation so I put my trust in Leslie and I was not disappointed! #MomHairDOCare
