On several occasions we have shown up during hours of operation and the doors were locked. On one occasion when they were open, the woman in the office was not polite and, seemed to be bothered by our questions. This facility could be a great asset to the community but, it's only as good as those that are running it and, it is being run poorly.
Victoria Aquatic center is a significant place to learn swimming and for exploring swimming talent. Coach Mease is a wonderful director and coach. Because of her, My boys and I learned excellent swimming techniques. Thanks to her and Visd for this great addition.
I think it is an awesome place that is available for Victoria and the surrounding counties. Coach Mease runs a great facility and my hats off to her and her staff!
Thank you VISD for building this way over due Aquatic center, for this area. Awesome place ran by awesome VISD employees! Wonderful job opportunities for youth to get started with a job and to be on a great swim team. Come join us! Wahoo!
They don't allow babies unless potty trained. That's why they make swim diapers. Do you really think all those kids in that pool get out to use the restroom. besides that it's a nice pool.
