RecommendedBeen going here for 14 or more years. I have the most confidence in the clinic. I highly recommend coming here. Dr. Johnson is the best!!! All of them are!!
The doctor know what to do. They are awesome. Been going there 30 + years.
This clinic is literally the worst medical facility I have been to. Their office staff is ridiculously rude and unprofessional. The practitioners are nice enough, except for one nurse practitioner who told me I was "shit outta luck," but they don't coordinate care very well when you see more than one of them. As well, the office is actually rather unclean. I'm an ICU nurse and know what to look for. Do yourself a favor, don't go there. I only had to go there because it was a work injury, but now I can change. Terrible place.... read more
Dr. Johnson is a good doctor. Very kind and thorough. Takes his time with you.
I don’t recommend anyone go in here anymore! I went there previously and they were very professional and nice! Now it’s a mess! Lady at the front desk lied to my insurance provider and was just all over the place. She did not seem to comprehend what I was telling her!
The Medical assistant had horrible bedside manners. No eye contact. Was in a hurry to take my VS. When she stepped out to get my medication (injections) I was able to hear her bitching that she didn’t want to give me my injections laying down, she wanted me standing up. AND the big dummy didn’t retract the needle and she stuck herself after giving me one of the injections.. I will say the NP Karen was awesome..
I have always had good experiences at this walk-in. I now have free walk-in services at a new clinic through my work-- but I am going to stay with Visalia Walk-in.
Love them always get treated with the best care and they are right on point.
