Bought a car from them in October and called multiple times since then and have gotten nothing but rude people specifically Carlos the sales man. How can you buy a car in October and tags are due in June not even a year has passed and I’m having to pay another $300 to DMV!!!!! This dealership is pathetic and will only continuously forward your call to voicemail and never get back to you.

Will not purchase another car from this dealership. We have owned four Hyundais (great cars!) two before dealership changed hands- never a problem Now it's just not worth being treated badly. Selma is where we will purchase next.

Yesterday I accompanied some good friends buying their first new car. With their trade in and rebates, Visalia Hyundai was able to make the deal happen! Ismael Gomez was their salesman. He treated them with kindness and dignity, answering all their questions and was not afraid to ask others at the dealership if he was not sure. He is a great asset to Visalia Hyundai! My salesman was absolutely wonderful and it was a pleasure working with him. He displayed no aggressiveness and worked with me on every angle. However, I can't say the same about the loan officer..if I had known how rude and impatient he was I probably would not have gone to Visalia Hyundai at all. He talked so fast and we (my daughter and I) asked him more than twice to slow down. He obviously already knew the spiel thoroughly but the info was not familiar to us. I just bought my 4th Hyundai!! Second from Visalia Hyundai. They were wonderful! Carlos, my sales rep kept me apprised of specials since I first showed an interest in a Tucson. Finally went in yesterday. Carlos, Michael and Mark were very attentive and did everything they could to get me into a new Tucson. Even ended up going back to re-sign some papers because they found another rebate for me, being a four time Hyundai buyer. Love it!! Love the dealership and their staff!! And my Hyundai is awesome!!
