This is a terrible company with a horrible warranty department. We bough a new house in Nashville TN. When we were doing our pre inspection walk through we noticed the AC shutting off before it got to the desired temperature. We were told it was fixed by the builder and so we trusted that… We moved in, in october and for a month we left our windows open and didn’t think anything of it as our first electric bill came and since our unit wasn’t on much it was in line with our neighbors. My AC had a prolonged problem that was difficult to diagnose. All the technicians who came did an excellent job and were very friendly, but the problem kept recurring after two weeks. Until Matt came. He was an excellent and very professional person. He took care of diagnosing the problem point by point and managed to find the fault by replacing the correct part. I have to congratulate this company and its workers. They are always responsive and provide solutions
Eric Black was our technician, we were having a problem with our air not cooling, we call the problem was accessed by Erick and without fail he came out and fixed the issue. Erick was very helpful and answered all our concerns regarding the situation, he also waited to see if the unit was cooling and checked all vents to make sure they were open.
