As long as Eric Black is working for Vis Viva Energy and Services, I totally recommend! I only shared that my HVAC had been making some type of buzzing noise and not only did he come prepared for the sound to be inside in the system but he was prepared for the sound if it was outside with the system because I didn’t specify where the sound was coming from within the system. I had some issues with my air conditioning, and I got some of the best service workers to come and assist me. Toney Was patient and explained everything that I needed to know. Erick went above and beyond and told me preventative steps to help my unit work at its best. I’m very grateful for the both of them.
Jacob from Vis Viva (HVAC) just left our home having completed warranty work on a small heater in the water heater room off our patio. It seems our heater was never connected and the ground wire was unattached. Jacob was efficient, friendly and communicative during his work. As a result of his work, the heater came on as it should. Jacob reiterated the necessity of the correct heater setting (despite our Beazer site contact setting it differently).
