This company is the worst they have been to my house 7 times in a week and half and can’t figure out what’s going on with my ac. They installed the system 6 months ago in the winter. As soon as summer came my ac don’t work. They have been here so many time just swapping out parts instead of figuring out the problem.
Our experience with Vis Viva Energy & Svc has been frustrating. They installed a new Lennox HVAC system in our home in 2021. Just 3 months after their 2-year workmanship warranty expired, we began having issues. Since then, we’ve had repeated repairs, including multiple capacitor replacements, a transformer replacement, and refrigerant added to the system. Update to review below: It took me leaving an initial bad review in a couple of places to get the right ears to listen to our issue. However, they did end up doing the right thing and fixed the issue and fixed a couple of other issues they noticed. This company is extremely unethical. We have a bad kink in the 3/4 inch suction line in our attic that could only be caused by a bad install from this company based on a different company’s professional experience. It has caused our refrigerant to completely go out and they will not do anything about it. Builders beware of using this terrible company or anyone else if you want an install done correctly. We are now having to pay for their mistakes.
This is a terrible company with a horrible warranty department. We bough a new house in Nashville TN. When we were doing our pre inspection walk through we noticed the AC shutting off before it got to the desired temperature. We were told it was fixed by the builder and so we trusted that… We moved in, in october and for a month we left our windows open and didn’t think anything of it as our first electric bill came and since our unit wasn’t on much it was in line with our neighbors.
