I’m not sure if it’s the management or those who run the hoa. They have not upheld our CCR’s and when I talk to the board they say talk to VIS. I call VIS and VIS says send us an email. I send them an email and then I get an auto generated response. Non-transparent and not very active. It feels like it’s a hoa management company by name only
