Michelle and Sarah were amazing! I went in thinking it was going to be a battle and they made everything go as smoothly as possible! They sent me all the forms I needed and helped me with my plan of action!
Very rude people work here! First, they don't return my phone calls and when I finally reached Jody, she was very arrogant and rude to me. Didn't want to listen my complaints about the property they manage, changed her story several times during the course of our conversation, finally hanged up on me! Stay away from this company is my advice.
I am a manager at WaFd Bank and have had the pleasure of working with Michelle Molden for the last few days. She has gone above and beyond in helping me with her wonderful professional attitude and a smile in her voice. Update! 3 months later and the stairwells are still dangerously in need of repairs from dryrot and the unit owner who owes us a significant amount of money hasn't been foreclosed on. This irresponsible homeowner continues to do damage to the common areas, bring crime to the community and have a complete lack of respect for hoa rules which VIS isn't addressing. Our buildings stairwells have dangerous levels of dryrot that VIS has been told about years ago and they refuse to address. The stairs are in serious threat of failing... read more
