I’m not sure if it’s the management or those who run the hoa. They have not upheld our CCR’s and when I talk to the board they say talk to VIS. I call VIS and VIS says send us an email. I send them an email and then I get an auto generated response. Non-transparent and not very active. It feels like it’s a hoa management company by name only
Poor experience but forced to "work" with them
Horrible- no one knows anything. Even our rep didnt show to the annual meeting. They take your hoa fees though. Only to never apply them to any benefit of the community.
Very poorly run with no accountability. Every email or meeting has incorrect dates/times.
Thee actual worst :)
