We've had an incredible experience with Virtus Performance Club! Our daughter, a volleyball player, has been training with them for a while now, and we've been consistently impressed. The coaches are fantastic, and the practices are super structured with a clear, professional plan. The entire atmosphere feels geared toward helping athletes reach their full potential. Highly recommend for any serious athlete looking to elevate their game!
My daughter has had a great experience at Virtus Performance Training. She has learned proper form and technique lifting heavy weights and has progressively gotten stronger and more confident. I highly recommend for young athletes who are interesting in bringing their game to the next level!

Ray Tam was instrumental to my development as a high performance athlete. I highly recommend his programs. He helped me with general strength, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and sport specific movements. He’s also fun to work with which is an added bonus when you are going to work out!
The staff is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their field, and it shows! Whether you are an athlete or not, they will provide you with high-level training not offered at a typical facility.
