Only one employee when there is a wait for almost 3 hours. Never coming back!
Went there on a Saturday morning. There was only one lady and she had to keep ringing her boss fir confirmation and assistance which she did on speaker.. While I was in the room she was talking about a previous couple of patients, she mentioned the tests she had done( syphilis) which is a total breach of patient confidentiality. I was also fasting for my test and had to wait for almost 2 has. Nearly had a hypo.
Terrible experience trying to make an appointment with Virtus Diagnostics
Went there twice and couldn't get a blood test. First time was on the weekend there was 1 lady and she didn't even greet me even though she saw me. Pretended to shuffle some papers and went to another room and when asked said she'll be with me in 5 mins. 20min later still wasn't done so I left! Second time was a Tuesday morning. Despite the sign says it opens at 7:30am and 3 staff went in it still wasn't open when I left at 8am!
