Three times now have I had a procedure scheduled with Dr. Chavda that his office failed to get approved by insurance prior to my procedure, and I know it’s not my insurance company holding it up - it's a complete lack of follow-up and follow-through with his staff. They are BEYOND accommodating! The ladies in the office are empathetic, kind and respond always in a timely manner. As for Dr. Avi? For years I've tried to establish a regular pain doctor who wouldn't pass judgement, but look at my conditions and see that I really need help. As I'm writing this I'm on my way from the hospital to their office, because they are so accommodating!
