Do not use this company. They will do everything they can to keep your security deposit. They nickel and dime my daughter’s roommates for normal wear and tear. When they finally cut a check for the deposit return, they added a phantom charge without any explanation. Then they closed us out of the portal so that we couldn’t even ask them about it. Total money grab on their part.

We had such a great experience renting over the past year. The team was always incredibly attentive, responsive, and helpful whenever we had questions or needed anything. Any maintenance requests or concerns were handled quickly, and communication was always clear and professional. Our home was well-maintained, and we truly loved living there. make sure to rent through this company if you want to be taken advantage of because you are a college student. Also send out unlicensed "contractors" to cut costs. Disgusting...
