The person to see for black hair care is Katrina Carroll! She also does natural hair. She works on all ethnicities, but us black chicks have the hardest time finding a good stylist sometimes.
Rosa gives one of the best haircuts, and is such a pleasant person to be around.
Nails by Martha Luna... She is the best for pink and white!
