Virtue has a great vibe and genuinely caring staff. I went through detox and spent another 28 days there. They present a very practical curriculum that is so helpful in digging into the roots of our addiction. I found it comforting that there are Christians there and we are allowed to speak freely about our faith. Step meetings are readily available. One of the highlights is Chef Dan and his crew. I've been here for only 1 month, and on my first day I was welcomed with open arms... All my bosses are sweet and caring. I've worked at many companies before and had OK experiences but here at Virtue Chandler it's always smiles and a warm feeling, everyone is treated with care and they value us as employees. I came into this place with high hopes because I heard it was incredible. Since day one there has been disrespect from plenty of staff, inconsistencies, bullying, and no one listens or cares. Clients don’t have a voice here. The groups we just play stupid games like telephone. Nothing has to do with recovery and sobriety. The best part of this place is the nightly meetings we get from outside people. My experience with Virtue was very pleasant. I really appreciate the care and patients through out this journey. I had a great team of professionals that help me develop a better understanding of what I was experiencing. I had a great Case Manager Angie Lane my case manager, Ernesto Duran. The nurses were very patient and caring. I recovered due to Virtue care.
