This service is incredible. You can chat with a real plumber who knows what they're doing and can help guide you through what needs to be fixed! I'm definitely keeping their site bookmarked for quick reference next time I have a project I'd rather do myself, instead of paying a plumber to come do the work for me. For $25, this is a no brainer!
Virtual plumber is such a great tool for someone like myself. I love to do projects at home MYSELF. Yet plumbing is the one area that I can be shy about - because to me it’s just a bit more mysterious. Uncovered an old, leaky washer hookup when converting a closet to a mini-office. Almost called a plumber to come out and fix it but instead used the virtual plumber. He knew just what I needed to do to fix the leak and even identified the fix for a problem I didn't see - capping off the sewer pipe. Only took a quick trip to Lowe's and 15 minutes to do the fix + clean up. This service kept my project cost from ballooning and doing it myself was satisfying.
It looks like a scam, unscrupulous company. One of the reviews is his cousin, one is an employee and two are members of his church. Just another way to rip off the community
