Dr. Jariwala, very literally, saved my life when no one else could. I have been a patient for several years, and have been treated with a level of professionalism, compassion, and expertise that is unrivaled. I have seen many providers over the years, and have the comparative experience to know how excellent the care has been at VirtualConsultMD. I can’t speak to other providers within the group, but I can say most assuredly that Dr. Jariwala is amazing, and as a psychiatric provider, he is second to none.
I feel like this practice preys on the kindness of the vulnerable. I went here after my DR changed practices. I thought I was all paid up but the first appt was $50 more. But my initial charge where I paid $150 was entered as $50 instead on their end. I was also asked to take a drug test on my initial visit. I've never had to do that and was just trying to be cooperative and do what was asked of me. Now I have been sent a bill for the drug test for $247! This business is extremely unprofessional! If you’re looking for therapy, good luck! If you would like to call the local office for something, again good luck. The girl at the front desk took my vital signs wearing a big winter coat, and didn’t even know how to take a blood pressure with a cuff. Dr. Tina Cherry changed my medication twice without discussing it with me, and then acted like she didn’t realize she did that, only later in the process said things that completely contradicted that. Dr. J has saved my life. I’ve been seeing him now for many years (close to 8 or so). He and his staff always go above and beyond to ensure I’m taken care of. They are prompt to respond to me always and get me immediately if I need it. I love Dr. J and this practice and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Dr. Jariwala is great! I see him for medication management and he's responsive to my emails and phone calls. He always calls in my prescriptions promptly.
