Excellent experience with this medical facility. Everyone was nice and very professional. Facilities were clean. Krishna D Konakondla, MD took his time and was very kind. I would not hesitate to go here again if needed.
My visit to urgent care was amazing, from start to finish. Dr. Chen and Mariama were wonderful. Mari went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.
Turned me away because the facility was “at capacity”. I didn’t even know you could legally turn patients away. It’s appalling to be turned away from an urgent care at 2:30 pm. I won’t be back.
There was almost a two hour wait but once I checked in they let me go home and gave me a time to return to see the doctor. I only waited 5 minutes before they called me back to be treated. Was very happy with the Dr and nurses!
Staff was very caring and encouraging.
