Whenever I try to make an appointment for a physical, they only have availability in 7 months. When I told them I was willing to see any doctor, they said I was only allowed to see my regular provider. Waiting 7 months is unacceptable.

I have only praises and good words for everyone in this practice. In addition to the excellent care I receive during office visits, my medication refill requests are always handled within 24 hours, many times within an hour or two. By using the Virtua MyChart app, I can accomplish many important things, from medication refill requests to sending a question directly to my doctor. I read a review and I have to agree. I really am disappointed because I’ve been a patient for over 30 years. After Dr. YUDIN left, I was assigned a doctor instead of getting to choose my own. I will probably be leaving the office as well. I’m very disappointed I feel like a number I’m so tired of listening to Virtua upsell there business instead of upselling the people who are patients. As a patient of this practice for many years, I am distressed to see how its concern for the patient has deteriorated. Making an appointment is a lengthy process, involving being on hold for an extended time while having to listen to ads for their medical procedures. Doctors come and go, so there is no continuity of care and instead of choosing whom you will see, you are assigned to a doctor. Perhaps you will be lucky and get one that cares, but the whole system is now more of a corporation than a medical practice.
