My husband is a long time patient at MLFP. He recently called to see a physician due to a medical problem. He was directed to ED (unnecessary direction and terrible experience at Mt. Holly ED). Follow up post ED appointment went OK but it took a bit to schedule. He has a recurrence of problem (predicted by me and discussed at his office visit). Whenever I try to make an appointment for a physical, they only have availability in 7 months. When I told them I was willing to see any doctor, they said I was only allowed to see my regular provider. Waiting 7 months is unacceptable.
I have only praises and good words for everyone in this practice. In addition to the excellent care I receive during office visits, my medication refill requests are always handled within 24 hours, many times within an hour or two. By using the Virtua MyChart app, I can accomplish many important things, from medication refill requests to sending a question directly to my doctor. I read a review and I have to agree. I really am disappointed because I’ve been a patient for over 30 years. After Dr. YUDIN left, I was assigned a doctor instead of getting to choose my own. I will probably be leaving the office as well. I’m very disappointed I feel like a number I’m so tired of listening to Virtua upsell there business instead of upselling the people who are patients.
