Visiting first time in Mount Holly Hospital was an amazing experience. The staff was great. Staff was professional, friendly and helpful. They were confident in their roles. The Hospital was clean, signs were appropriate for good directions to the elevators, bathrooms and for patient room's. Staff was professional from the front desk, cleaning crew, all applied excellent customer service. I was very impressed I met a lot of great people. Worst experience ever. My husband has serious kidney disease and with all his pain they kept in the waiting room for iverv4 hours. Head nurse was rude and acted like he didn’t matter. Once he was back in the exam room the Drs and nurses were terrific Once he got to a room he was sedated for surgery the next morning, could not get any information about him as the 7 floor Stokes nurses station NEVER answers the phone. Horry wait time in the ER waiting room. Does not triage patients correctly or even care. Triage charge nurse was not nice. Had seen patient in the ER room get resuscitated and intubated and could have been prevented if only the nursing staff took the time to properly care for the patients.

I was recently a patient on the first floor A building. I wanted to bring to your attention the exceptional employee Jamiel who is the Medical technician on day shift. I am a retired Quality Manager who recognizes when an employee is going over and above to create a warm and caring relationship between patient and staff. I will never forget how you didn't care about them. You told me after I miscarried, they weren't going to make it anyway. I lost two babies and you kept sending me anyway. You killed them.
