Visiting first time in Mount Holly Hospital was an amazing experience. The staff was great. Staff was professional, friendly and helpful. They were confident in their roles. The Hospital was clean, signs were appropriate for good directions to the elevators, bathrooms and for patient room's. Worst experience ever. My husband has serious kidney disease and with all his pain they kept in the waiting room for iverv4 hours. Head nurse was rude and acted like he didn’t matter. Once he was back in the exam room the Drs and nurses were terrific Once he got to a room he was sedated for surgery the next morning, could not get any information about him as the 7 floor Stokes nurses station NEVER answers the phone. Horry wait time in the ER waiting room. Does not triage patients correctly or even care. Triage charge nurse was not nice. Had seen patient in the ER room get resuscitated and intubated and could have been prevented if only the nursing staff took the time to properly care for the patients.

The Radiology team, especially Cathe, handled my visit for X-rays courteously and efficiently. They team operated on time, and I was on my way with my CD disk copy of the results shortly after the X-rays were completed.
Good morning Virtua Memorial Hospital. I had my mom Mamie Hancock in the Radiology Department on 10-29-19. The staff Jen Fadden, Cherri Lehman and Shannon was very patient and helpful from the time we arrived, to the time we left. It was great, seeing the love and patients that was shown my mom during our visit. I cant explain the feeling that I felt watching the way my mom was treated.
