I always have a great experience at all Virtua's. The nurses are caring and confident. Will recommend to others.
I was able to get an appointment to get my 3 year old son in the same day as I called, which was first thing when the office opened. Excellent service starting at the front desk & with the doctors.
Thank You Virtua Surgical Group for the form letter we received from you on Feb. 1 informing us of the 9 doctors, one of whom is my husband's surgeon, that would no longer be with your group after January 28th. Not only did you not give patients adequate notice, but now you don't even answer the phone or return calls, not only to the patient, but the patient's doctor as well. Now I'm trying to track down our surgeon, and, no, we don't want one of the doctors on the list you sent out. Totally unprofessional on your part.
