9.5 hours I was there. Went to the ER and made several trips back n forth from blood work or something back to waiting room. Didn't get into do an actual scan to see what my pain was til about the 7th hour mark. That's totally ridiculous. Review your policies and procedures or something.
A big THANK YOU to all of the doctors, nurses, and PCTs that helped my 3 year old son in our recent trip to the ER. A fantastic nurse named Dianna Curtis helped calm and distract him as he had his CT scan performed. The nurses and PCTs in the PICU - Kim, both Karens, Beth, Regina, Marge, and Laura were all wonderful and very compassionate towards my son. And I cannot forget Facilities Bob Tosti who went above and beyond, getting our son his special milk. THANK YOU ALL!!!

I had great service. The staff are very cordial and the drs were so nice to me
It's been frustrating in this process I'm going through but on Friday the 3 workers were above and beyond. They cared! MRI appt done. Thx so much!
