About our third time there (once for each child). Always seen quickly, with compassion, wonderful bed-side manner from all staff. This time it was a concussion for my 2yo. She was monitored immediately and even got to watch her favorite movie in her private ER room. Staff respected my holistic parenting beliefs. Always impressed.
Normally I love Virtua. However, this time around, the wait time was extremely lengthy, and I do not like the fact that vitals are taken in the waiting area...I heard peoples business...also when I was taken to the back and and left in the hallway, the people who were being attended to in the rooms, I heard everything. Their test, blood work orders, one girl vomiting. Shut the doors, that's what they're there for.
