I had come to this facility after experiencing issues at a different healthcare provider. I made clear to this office of the issues I was having and instead of ensuring I was properly attended to at this facility, they didn’t even bother to check that I would be covered by my insurance to even provide me with the healthcare services I needed. My experience so far with Dr. Savon and his staff, especially his medical assistant Alexandra, has been amazing. They are very accommodating, pleasant and thorough. Alexandra is very good at following-up, keeping me in the loop as far as getting things approved, appointments, etc. I highly recommend this doctor and his office. Thanks for everything. Dana ☺

They will subscribe you medicine and not send it to the pharmacy! The past few days, I’ve been trying to pick up my medicine, but I have been getting the runaround. They said they sent the script after my appointment. The pharmacy never received it. I called the office. They said they’ll send it over again the next day. My pharmacy tells me they still haven’t received it. I called the office a second time they said they sent it over at 9 AM Later that same day I called. I went to my pharmacy.
