Everyone in the office was very accommodating, pleasant, kind, and warm. Office Assistant, Aisha and the office staff treated me with respect and understanding when trying to get me registered, even though I had difficulty providing my driver's license which was a very stressful time. Aisha's calming and sweet demeanor made me feel at ease. The icing on the cake was my experience with Dr. Mary Kathryn Roccato. The staff including jenny, Aisha, maryellis, Randi, Dr. Schiller, Dr. Schneider and Karen are one of best offices I have ever been to. It’s fast, efficient, nice, and knowledgeable and professional. I can only say wow!
It was my first visit. The staff was great. It was a pleasure to meet Dr Roccato- highly recommend her. A special shout out goes to Danielle who scheduled my appt for the procedure. We shared an emotional moment together where we understood and comforted each other.
