I’ve had two separate encounters at Virtua in Moorestown, and both times the experience at the information desk was very disappointing. The same staff member was not only rude but also seemed to lack the basic knowledge needed to properly assist visitors. What made the second visit even worse was that others around me also noticed and expressed the same frustrations about his behavior and lack of professionalism. I wanted to share the great care I receive at Endocrinology at Moorestown. My PA Daniel Stringer and the supporting staff are tops! PA Stringer explains everything on my labs and I feel so confident in his decisions w my thyroid.

The front desk staff at the new office are unfriendly and give off negative attitudes and dirty looks. I really miss the old office— the staff there were much more pleasant and welcoming. It’s a shame they moved.
