First they sent me a flyer. I jumped through several hoops filling out forms and even attending an online interview with their nurse. After all that they told me that they had lied; that it is actually 179.00 a MONTH not sponsored free through my health insurance like they said up until that point. They refused to comp some membership since they presented themselves in such a fraudulent manner. . In my opinion, they are highly suspicious. Poor business practices.

Had to stop the program due to their insistence that I remain long term on the keto diet. It is widely accepted by the medical community that remaining on an ultra low (less than 30 grams) keto diet long term can have adverse health consequences. I lost 20 pounds in 3 months and it was a great kick start, but when I told them I was transitioning off keto to a superfood focused diet, they pushed back - so I stopped the program.
Company is very disorganized. I was solicited by an online ad of theirs. I had an appointment scheduled for 8/28/2023 at 8:30am and no one called me. The person who I was to have the appointment messaged me back and said they tried to call me at 10am. Did not even know my name called me jodi.
