I had a really bad front desk customer service experience. I came to get my windshield replaced on Sat, May 15, 2021. This definitely is not a people friendly group running the front service desk. The person that attended to my needs did not have a clue on the simple questions i asked. He had to go ask people in the back on all 5 questions i made to him.
