Our family rented one of these condos for 1 week recently. Prior to our stay there was good communication. Codes for entry were provided promptly as soon as we could check in. The condo is great and was the perfect size for us, our parents and 3 small children. The kitchen was well stocked with almost all needed accessories. The air conditioning works well, but just note the back rooms get MUCH colder than the front ocean view rooms.
