Heather (manager) is the BEST! She has gone "Above and Beyond" in order to deliver exceptional, professional service. We sincerely appreciate all the hard work that Heather & Israel (custodian) have done. The building is centrally located, so it is very close to theaters, Amtrak, airport, etc. It is convenient that CVS is downstairs, and the Ralph's supermarket is within walking distance.

I have been living here since February 2022 (currently Jan 2024) and I love it. As far as renting goes in San Diego, this places give you the most space for your dollar. Space is important to my spouse and I over amenities. If amenities are what you are looking for in a rental property, this is not for you. The property manager, Heather, has also been the most helpful tenant manager I have ever had.
