RecommendedThis property is a beautiful property. I would definitely recommend this location because the amenities they offers, the convenient location and the new management team which sets it apart.
Don’t understand why we pay $15 a month for this. It’s so tacky. We pay a lot of money to live in a clean, well-maintained complex. There is just simply too many residents to only have 1 trash “compactor”. There needs to be another compactor at the back of the complex. I’ve never once seen this thing actually compact. It’s overflowing constantly. Every other complex around Houston, you pay the same price for trash, and they have Valet Trash. Just one of the many many many issues we’ve encountered at Viridian.
RecommendedI moved to Viridian about 7 months ago, and I absolutely love my studio apartment. Location played a major role in my decision, but it was truly the level of service I received that sealed the deal. If you have a dog, this is the place to be. There is a HUGE pet park where both small and large dogs can enjoy the outdoors.
