So many broken promises from Robert Kembel. There's still a YouTube video up with all his broken promises. Where we were supposed to have retail and restaurants is all apartments and townhomes. HOA funds keep increasing without us seeing extra benefits. Promised parks are abandoned.

I live in Elements and purchased a house in the back of a quad. I was told at the time that they were shared driveways and no parking was allowed in the front as it is access to the back houses. Be aware this is not enforced and we now have public parking directly in front of our house in the quad area.

I was a real estate agent looking for a client. I stumbled upon this neighborhood on the MLS, and I was like whoa, this is the place I used to drive by when I was going to grad school? Lived here in the Viridian since 2017. It was a wonderful place to live, the HOA staff was very concerned about the residents and the property. However over the last 2 years it's hard to get anything done by asking HOA to handle. They want you to pay this high HOA dues but they can't send yard maintenance to pickup the garbage bags laying on the curbs and in the streets. And they go months without cutting the bushes and grass. They said it's on the residents to call the city and put in a request to pick it up. I don't know a... read more
