Update: I believe there have been real attempts to fix this problem. I have had a fine experience for the most part, but the trash situation is out of control. I understand that the *tenants* are the ones leaving trash everywhere, not the management, but it's management's responsibility to enforce the rules. Emails saying "this violates the lease agreement" don't matter if there is no follow up. Unsafe, neglected, and completely mismanaged since new management took over This building became unlivable after the management company changed. We moved in almost a year ago. Before the change, the building was fine. Since the new management took over, it has been systematically neglected. This is not about “minor inconveniences”.
