The apartment looks nice inside. Maintenance sucks. They’ll tell you they will be back in an hour and show up 8 hours later curious to why you’re mad. Then tell you they’ll be right back and never come back. Maintenance doesn’t fix things, they do small fixes so the thing works for a few weeks then breaks again. Everything works great!
This place is the last I’d ever recommend anyone live. Misleading and unprofessional employees that are unapproachable, unreachable and unable to problem solve. They make it clear that residents don’t matter. The maintenance people and vendors are subpar; expect problems if you deal with these people. Their systems are outdated and one hand never knows what the other is doing. Brandi and Dymend are the B Team. Avoid!
