Dr. Befell and Staff is the Greatest! Very Organized, Very Friendly but Professional. My Question was answered with clearly. They got me in and out in seconds, my Appointment was 12:00pm and I was finished by 12:45pm. The staff really Rock, I would recommend this eye care center to all my family and friends!
Dr. Bedell is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and has a great sense of humor. Will continue to see him for all of our eye care needs.
I give it 4 stars because the blonde lady helping me setup my lenses and contacts was not very friendly. She complained how hungry she was and she made things very confusing and complicated. But, my overall exam with the Doctor was AMAZING he was great! I will be back, I just hope the girls are better next time...
