Without revealing too much covered by HIPPA, suffice it to say my appointment went very well; the folks I met were professional (but still kept their sense of humor!). All did their jobs and were very helpful. The tests were explained to me in detail as each step was about to be done.
This is a review from my experiences in 2015. I used the services for the insertion of a PICC Line as well as a Percutaneous Cholesystostomy (or something like that). I used them again to replace the drain tubing as well. All of these were performed while I was pregnant. They were very professional and careful to address all of my concerns especially being pregnant. Called viva 2 days before an appointment to find our T how much i would owe at my appointment. Showed up foe the appointment and was told i had to pay more than i was told they even remembered talking to me and agreed but still had to pay up front. I canceled and i dont care how fat i have to drive i will not ever go back there. If you cant stand behind your word then i will not do business with you

I was referred here by my doctor for a biopsy on my Liver. I got an appointment very quickly, the staff was very friendly, virtually no wait time for me to see the doctor. It was wonderful. The doctor explained the procedure to me, spent time with me, and made sure I didn't have any more questions before she left the room. I felt very comfortable and less worried about my procedure for the biopsy. I definitely recommend them!
VIVA is a great place to have your varicose veins fixed.
UPDATE: As I said before, Dr D'Addio is a fabulous doctor. The office manager and her team are responsive and really work hard to make sure any hiccups, misunderstandings, or just your 'feelings' walk away with a good positive feeling. I hope I never HAVE to see the doctor again ;) but I would suggest his talent and he talent of his staff to anyone.
Following a serious fall VIVA was recommended to me by staff at Mary Washington hospital. This was a blessing. Dr. Doherty and his medical team all deserve a rating of five star excellence for their knowledge and professional service. Since I have dealt with arthritis for many years and received help from multiple sources I can truthfully say that Dr. Doherty is the first physician to offer continued assistance even after his personal intervention was already successful.
