They took a $100 deposit on my visit in April 2023. My insurance paid in full in May. I call oct 5, Nov 15. Dec 15, Jan 8 **** and today Feb 7. Despite being told my claim would be expedited no refund has been issued. My recommendation is not to pay their deposit. Let them bill you. I never received a bill.

*************************** bullied me for years and years because he knew he could because I am disabiled!!! so wrong for a doctor to use his disabiled patient as His Scape Goat! But he did over and over again using my brain injuries to help him cover up the horrible abuse by him and doctors he just let abuse me some more and help them all cover it up? ******** mand and daoctor who used me and my family as his scape goat!!!!

Terrible customer service and billing. I will be brief: I was told the total amount I would owe is $********. Upon arriving there to pay my invoice prior to the treatment, They pulled up my account and still had no idea who I was, what I was paying it for or anything. They still collected my money and yes I did ask for a receipt. Days later after the procedure was completed, they send me another Office Related bill. Terrible.

My father has been a patient here since March 2021. He has had a ******** in since then and goes for monthly check ins. He almost never sees a doctor unless my other or I demands to see one. He is now currently in the hospital with low kidney function, bladder stones, and a blood infection. This group does not care of its patients. The customer service and billing is awful. They are only in business to get as much money as they can out of the insurance company and patient. They are not truthful in there explanations when you talk to them about what they are billing you for. After five calls and six months of e-mails they still are only in for the money. Your health is secondary to them.
I was diagnosed with a ****** *****Dec 27th 2020. Was recommended Virginia Urology but was advised wait a month to see if passes on its own. The ***** got half down my *******. The Drs went and did a ********* *********** which every Urologist I talked to said they should of not did that surgery being the location it would fail which surgery failed. I set up another appointment but got sick after doing the 3 appointments for blood work, urine and COVID test which on one occasion two patients were not wearing a mask and a des... read more
