Great service, comfortable waiting area, personable and efficient staff.
Every time I walk in I'm greeted with a smile and first class service.
Service is always prompt, courteous and professional. I have been a customer of the South Riding location since it has opened and will continue to do so.
Other than initially incorrectly writing up the repair order, the service was great. After pointing out that I had not asked for an oil change, the service advisor corrected the order. I will return for service at the South Riding location.
We've taken all four of our cars to VA Tire & Auto and have always had professinal,friendly and good service.
