Virginia tire & auto is known for high standard of customer service & customer satisfaction, but unfortunately this is not the case with Centreville location & John Miller the store manager , i had to take the car for alignment after slight hit to curb, they said that they can not align the car due to suspension damage, and to make the story short I had to run after them for 3 days to get the estimate to fix suspension, the estimate came with 2600$ for replacing all suspension parts on the driver side only, I decided to take... read more
Wanted to say thanks to Allan and his crew for all the help an professionalism during our time,this is our second set of tires we have purchased and we will look forward to doing buisness again in the future.
I have been going to VA Tire and Auto for 8 years and the service is always terrific. They always give me a reasonable estimate before doing any service. The oil changes usually include other checkups so they can warn me that something is not right. The turn-around time for repairs seems quite quick -usually a day or less- other places in the past would hold my car for days.

Took Car in for Oil Change and Safety Inspection. Left car for a few hours. Very professional. Shop called as I was doing Safety Inspection One Month early which I appreciated. Car was ready in two hours.
Always great service, I have been dealing with Gainesville tire and auto for years and would not go anywhere else.
I have used this business for many years and have been satisfied with every service to my vehicle.
I use Virginia Tire and Auto for both my car and my Wife's car. From oil changes to safety inspections, you make if very easy to drop my car off. I have never had to wait more than an hour.
0 stars. They passed my car for inspection.... then as they were pulling it out of the bay decided that it needed new brake line for a cool 700.00. Um...it passed. They said they would take the sticker away if I took it somewhere else. You be the judge. I bet all these 5 star ratings are fake reviews since they all end it three numbers...coincidence?
