I take my car to these guys for my normal maintenance and the've always done a good job for me. No complaints.
I had my Prius' oil casnge and tires rotated. The whole thing was done in20 minutes. Great job!!
I took our vehicle in for it's yearly inspection and I must say it was quick, which I really appreciated. I must also say you all have one of the cleanest restrooms I have ever seen, especially in an auto repair shop.
Work was done quickly and efficiently. Customer service is very friendly and informative. This was the 3rd time I brought my car in and I will continue to do so.

I began taking my cars to VA Tire & Auto Chantilly several years ago and I will never take my cars anywhere else. The staff at VA Tire & Auto Chantilly provide excellent customer service and show a genuine care for their customers. I never feel like I am being taken for a ride in terms of services that need to be performed or the parts that need to be used. If they suggest that something needs to be done, they make sure that the customer understands the necessity of the repair and how important/needed it really is!
Professional staff and nice facility, it's close to our home. They gave us the information we needed to make the decision about what to repair, with what our options were. Repairs were done on time, and the cost was what was expected.

Excellent reception, coordination of necessary repairs and expeditious service and this is why I do not go anywhere else!! I use Virhinia Tire and Auto for all of my car care needs. I quit going to my car dealer a long time ago. I had to go too far and I did not have the same level of customer service.
